Lifelong learning

It’s never too late to make music! More than half of Midgarden Music’s students are adults.

Some of our adult students perform locally with bands or theater companies, some have professional aspirations, some took lessons as children and want to pick it back up, but most are complete beginners looking to try something new.

We offer individual lessons in voice, piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin, and clarinet, as well as group Recreational Music Making classes.

No matter your age or experience, Midgarden Music will provide a well rounded music education tailored to your goals and interests.

What is Recreational Music Making?

RMM classes are designed to be fun, social, and stress free!

In traditional music classes, the focus is on performance and achievement (i.e. getting to the next level). RMM students still learn proper technique, how to play wonderful songs, and how to read music – but the focus is on enjoyment and fulfillment.
