Studio Calendar:
The 2019-2020 calendar includes 38 weeks of instruction. I guarantee each student 38 lessons during the school year (19 each semester) and will make up any lessons I need to cancel. New students can enroll at any time! Students who enroll mid-semester will have their tuition adjusted.

Summer Session lessons are offered in flexible packages to accommodate changing schedules and vacations. Students who take lessons over summer are guaranteed a spot the following Fall Semester.

Cancellations & Make ups:
If you need to cancel a lesson, please give as much notice as possible. Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours notice can be made up during regular teaching hours if/when there are openings. Email or text for open slots.

Please Note: Missed lessons are non refundable. Tuition is only adjusted if the teacher cannot provide the promised number of lessons. Make up lessons can only be scheduled in the same school year or summer session as the missed lesson.

Sickness Policy:
Exposing others to your germs puts everyone’s health at risk. Students who are ill should not attend lessons. Please notify your teacher ASAP if you need to cancel due to illness.

Student Discontinuation:
Learning to play an instrument or to sing is a lifelong pursuit, but we understand that lessons are not always possible. Students will not be charged for the remainder of the semester’s tuition, but payments that have already been made are non-refundable.

If possible, let us know at the beginning of your last month so we have time to wrap up current projects and discuss your musical goals.

Teacher Discontinuation:
I reserve the right to discontinue lessons for any reason, such as consistently poor attendance or late payments.

 Photo & Video Release
I use photos and short videos of my students on my website and social media (Facebook & Instagram) to highlight student success and achievements. Students love to see their pictures and videos on my teaching pages and it can be a great motivator and reward for a job well done.
If you do not want your child’s image(s) to be used, please email me at

Tuition is paid in 5 equal monthly installments each semester (Sept-Jan, Feb-June) and is due by the first lesson of each month. Your monthly payment is the same whether there are 5 or 2 lessons in that month. Students who enroll mid-semester will have their tuition adjusted.
Summer Session lesson packs can be purchased at the end of Spring Semester, or during Summer Session.

Please note: Your tuition is calculated by multiplying the lesson rate by the number of lessons in the semester. If you’re starting in the middle of the semester, your monthly tuition may be different than what is listed below.
